Shipping policy

WE DELIVER NATIONWIDE! THIS INCLUDES ENGLAND, SCOTLAND AND WALES. 

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE? 

Our delivery times vary by product, although a large number are held in stock for next day delivery we also have products that are made to order and can take between 4- 10 weeks to be manufactured and delivered. - we always endeavour  to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please note that if a shipping charge is applied on the standard economy service this does not mean we can 100% guarantee that it will arrive in the stated estimate.

Any charge that is paid will not be refunded.

Our next working day service is subject to stock availability and courier availability in your area. 

If ordered after 1pm on a Friday this will then not leave us until Monday our working days are Monday-Friday.

If your order is placed prior to bank holiday please note bank holidays are not including as working days.

We will make every effort to contact you if the delivery estimate cannot be met and advise on the anticipated delivery date.

In the event of a long delay, we will make every effort to contact you to advise of this and where possible offer alternatives . We however cannot be held liable due to delays out of our control .

**Please do not book contract workers or hire equipment prior to receiving your order - we cannot be liable for these costs**

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY? 

We charge a flat fee for all orders below £250.00, this does not guarantee delivery within a set timescale, the cost is required to cover a proportion of the delivery cost due to the current high shipping costs in the UK and is still subject to our postcode delivery areas. Orders over £250 are delivered free of charge within our standard postcode areas. 

We deliver to 80% of UK postcodes for no additional charge other than highlighted above, unfortunately the postcodes listed below will incur an additional charge for all deliveries, please contact our team before placing your order to one of these postcodes.

HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

Furniture Items - 

Standard delivery - Your order will be delivered on a pallet using a tail lift and pallet trolley (not a crane or hiab delivery wagon). It is only possible to manoeuvre a pallet truck on level, smooth and solid surfaces such as tarmac, concrete or block paving. We cannot deliver on to loose gravel, grass or other soft or uneven surfaces.

We also offer a Delivery and installation service and room of choice delivery, both options can be selected at checkout, both options use a minimum two person delivery team who will bring your items into their required location, if choosing our installation service the team will then build up the items and take away all of the packing. 

Pallet delivery can only be guaranteed to your kerb side.  Please note that delivery onto a driveway is at the driver's discretion and by instructing him/her to do so you are accepting liability for any damage done.

Please note: The customer is responsible for disposal of any pallets the goods are delivered on.

This will be delivered using large HGV vehicles via a third party haulier.

Please note: if delivery fails due to access issues or nobody being at the address, the customer will be liable to cover the delivery fee and the return fee/re-delivery fee. 

WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be delivered between 8am-5pm. During the summer months or busy periods our haulier may be operating after 5pm. 

CAN I SPECIFY A DELIVERY DATE? 

Yes it is possible to specify a delivery date for most items, please contact us before placing your order to arrange.

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE TOGETHER?

For all multiple item orders we will always endeavour to deliver your order together. However, on some occasions your order may possibly be delivered separately. 

ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

It is your responsibility as the customer to advise us of any access restrictions that you think may cause a delivery issue, here are some issues that can cause delivery problems:

  • weight restrictions on roads leading to your property
  • low overhanging trees
  • narrow roads with on street parking 
  • inner London restrictions
  • no drop kerb

In the event of your delivery failing due to any of the above, the customer will be liable to cover the delivery charge of up to £70 per pallet.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY FAILS DUE TO NOBODY BEING AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND NOWHERE SAFE TO LEAVE MY ORDER? 

A re-delivery charge will apply at the customers expense. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE MY ORDER ON DELIVERY?

If you have changed your mind and no longer want your order, you will be liable for the return haulage charge.

This applies to all orders that have already been despatched.
